🐞 Ladybug Boggler 🐞

Background:

During a recent game night with friends, we were presented with a very similar puzzle to this. It took the five of us staring at it for a while until one of our friends had an "ah-ha" moment. Once we solved for the needed digits, I was inspired to create a similar puzzle for a cache.

Description:

This cache is not hidden at the posted coordinates. The ladybug will lead you to the final location. Just figure out the last three digits of both the N and W coords.
