This is 1 of 3 caches for my 2 German Shepherd Dogs, Lightning and Sally. These woods were their favorite place to go for a walk. I could take them off leash and let them run around while I walked the trails. There are 2 places where you can park to access the trail. The junction of these trails is listed as a waypoint. If you continue westerly on the wider trail, you end up behind ICUMedical (formerly Smiths Medical). Also see GCBBN03 and GCBBN0E
Lightning was named by my son after Lightning McQueen of the 2006 movie Cars. We picked him from the litter because when we went to see the puppies, he is the one that went over to my son while the others just played with each other. The two got along great, so there was no question which puppy we wanted. Such a well-behaved dog all is life that only wanted to make his humans happy, which he did. Noone was ever mean to him, so he loved everyone and would let you pet him all you wanted.
This cache is a little ways in from where we would start on the trail. You are looking for a 5.5 x 8-inch lock-n-lock with camo tape. Good for swapping loot. It is about 45-50 feet off the trail.
Please Note!!! Per geocaching guidelines a log must be signed BEFORE you can post your 'Found It' online, I will be checking my logs periodically and if YOU haven't signed it I will delete YOUR 'Found It' post online.
