Welcome the equinox in the Northern and Southern Hemispheres with a unique souvenir! Geocaching HQ has a special new September equinox souvenir just for geocachers.

From September 19-22, 2025, find one geocache, attend an Event, or complete an Adventure Lab® Location to earn your souvenir.

This year, we celebrate the changing seasons with souvenir artwork inspired by the Sandhill Crane. Cranes represent migratory patterns and seasonal change.

Northern Hemisphere:

  • The Sandhill Crane prepares to migrate south, symbolizing change and resilience.

Southern Hemisphere:

  • The Sandhill Crane begins nesting and celebrating new life, marking spring’s arrival.
