Co je GPS Maze?

GPS Maze je putovní výstavní projekt geocachingu, který cestuje na Mega- a Giga-eventy a má vlastní ikonku ve statistikách. Jeho historie sahá až do roku 2007, kdy se konala první výstava GPS Maze v USA. Tento projekt byl původně vyvinut za účelem naučit lidi všech věkových kategorií práci s navigací, technologií GPS a geocachingem. GPS Maze Adventures vytvořil Groundspeak a prvním pořadatelem a tvůrcem exponátů byl Minotaur Maze Exhibits. Původní listing GPS Maze: GC13A70.

Po naší první úspěšné výstavě GPS Maze v Muzeu geocachingu vám ve spolupráci s Geocaching HQ opět přinášíme v rámci Terezínských her 2026 tuto jedinečnou víkendovou výstavu.

Připravte se na interaktivní dobrodružství, které vás zavede do fascinujícího světa plného zajímavých informací o geocachingu. Naše výstava se rozkládá na ploše 300 m² a nabízí bohatou a pestrobarevnou expozici plnou informativních panelů, které detailně vysvětlují vše o geocachingu, jeho historii a různých způsobech, jak tuto aktivitu si užívat.

🎯 GPS Maze přináší zábavu a poznání jak pro nováčky, tak pro zkušené veterány geocachingu.

🌍 Výstavní expozice je v trojjazyčném provedení: čeština, angličtina a němčina.

What is GPS Maze?

GPS Maze is a traveling exhibition project of geocaching that visits Mega and Giga events and has its own icon in the statistics. Its history dates back to 2007 when the first GPS Maze exhibition took place in the USA. This project was originally developed to teach people of all ages about navigation, GPS technology, and geocaching. GPS Maze Adventures was created by Groundspeak, and the first organizer was Minotaur Maze Exhibits. Original listing: GC13A70.

After our first successful GPS Maze exhibition at the Geocaching Museum, we are bringing you this unique weekend exhibition again in collaboration with Geocaching HQ as part of the Terezín Games 2026.

Get ready for an interactive adventure that will take you into a fascinating world full of interesting information about geocaching. Our exhibition spans an area of 300 m² and offers a rich and colorful display filled with informative panels that explain everything about geocaching, its history, and the various ways to enjoy this activity.
