This hide is in a formerly very busy area, which has now changed a little as roads and businesses update things. Stealth is still required since businesses and people move through this area to do their things.
Parking is located adjacent to the GZ and the traffic should be fairly minimal on the road beside it. The ground is fairly level and footing should not be a big issue.
