The road where the cache is located is called after Nasirdin Isanov, who was the first Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan, serving from August 30, 1991, until his death in a car crash on November 29, 1991. He was a prominent politician who previously held various positions, including Vice President of Kyrgyzstan.
