The Stow War Memorial is a red granite Celtic cross erected in grateful memory of the men from Stow Parish who lost their lives in the Great War (1914-1919) and World War II (1939-1945). Located at the junction of Galashiels Road and Station Street, the monument was designed by Messrs. J.G. Pullen and Sons, and the names of the fallen are inscribed on its base. The memorial was unveiled and dedicated by Colonel J.C. Livingstone Learmouth on a day of services and prayers for the community.
