Deutsch: (Grammatikfehler sind Googles Schuld.) Hallo! Wir sind die AlpHogans. Wir leben in Virginia, USA und verbringen jeden Sommer etwa zwei Monate in Mürren! Wir haben schon lange Freude daran, die vielen Geocaches in der Region zu finden. Uns ist aufgefallen, dass man für manche von ihnen viele Kilometer wandern und dabei große Höhenunterschiede überwinden muss, an einer Klippe hängen muss oder einen Gipfel erklimmen muss, um eine fantastische Aussicht zu genießen! Wir haben diese Caches wirklich genossen, da sie von legendären Schweizer Cache-Besitzern mit einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Abenteuer erstellt wurden.
Dies ist unser erster Cache auf dem Nordwand-Trail, einem wunderbaren Weg für Familien und Abenteurer. Viel Spaß beim Wandern! Da man von der Eiger-Nordwand nur einen kleinen Teil sehen kann, ist uns nicht ganz klar, warum dieser Weg Nordwand heißt.
Da ich 6672,5 Kilometer entfernt wohne, hat sich ein Geocaching-Freund aus der Gegend bereit erklärt, bei der Pflege dieses Caches zu helfen.

English: Hallo! We are the AlpHogans. We live in Virginia, USA and stay in Mürren about 2 months every summer! We have long enjoyed finding the many geocaches in the region. We noticed that finding some of them requires many kilometers of hiking with major elevation gains, or hanging on the edge of a cliff, or climbing a peak and seeing a fantastic view! We truly enjoy these caches as they were created by legendary Swiss cache owners who have excellent senses of adventure.
We thought that it might be nice to plant a cache along a well-traveled trail that is kid friendly and not too difficult to find for the average Mürren visitor. We know there are a few caches like this around, but we think the area needs more.
This is our first cache on the North Face trail, a wonderful trail for families and adventurers alike. Enjoy the hike! Since you can only see a sliver of the North face of the Eiger, we’re not sure why this trail is called the North Face. Oh well.
Because I live 6672.5 kilometers away, a local geocaching friend has agreed to assist in maintaining this cache.
