Herrington Hill is a peak in Sunderland it has an elevation of 410 feet. The Hill is situated nearby to the village of West Herrington
This Geocache trail is about 3 miles in length and takes you around the West side of the hill towards Newbottle, before heading East towards the A690 and then back across a footpath to the Northern side of the hill and back to the start via an old WW2 pillbox.
Caches are of varying sizes, pen and tweezers required for most of the hides.
Refreshments for a weary Geocacher can be obtained from the nearby pubs in the village!
