Geocache Description:

Located at the top of Nikau Reserve. Great views of Kapiti Coast. Walk through native bush.

Turn off State Highway 1 into Nikau Reserve carpark (S 40 54.438 E 175 01.262). Take the walking track up to the summit (15 to 20 minutes) then continue up until you meet the vehicle track. All the land up there is part of the reserve.

3 litre clear plastic container with originial contents as follows:

- log book and 2 pens
- packet of 4 AA batteries
- inflatable beachball
- pocketknife
- calculator
- emergency poncho
- rubber ball
