
Join us as we litter pick Alney Island. Please meet at the given coordinates (in the free car park) to collect tools and join us on a walk about the reserve or break off and go on your own litter wander. All bags and tools to be returned to the car park at the end of the session please.

Parking: There is a carpark just off West Gate Street (heading away from the city centre), free for people visiting Alney Island, this is at the given coordinates.
Where: We will meet in the car park at 10.
What: Collecting litter and make note of any large items for the rangers to move at a later date.
How: The Countryside Ranger will be there providing bags and pickers, but do bring your own if you prefer. Bring work gloves if you have them.
Health and Safety: Please do not pick up any sharp item or cause risk to yourself. Use the litter pickers to pick up items. Children will need supervision and pets kept under control.
