2025 Roundup Early Bird Event
Welcome to the first event to kick off Round Up 2025. We are fortunate to have Glen & Patti (Starr) offer their property to all early birds, where they can shake off the dust from a day of caching and enjoy a bite to eat and something to drink.
The early bird event will be hosted on Wednesday, October 15, 2025
5:30 PM - 7:30 PM
We will have a few prizes to give out and possibly a scavenger hunt. We will discuss what will happen during Round Up and answer any questions you may have about the coming weekend.
Please log a "will attend" so we can get an idea of the number of attendees. Please bring a folding outdoor chair if you find yourself wanting to sit awhile.
Also, this event is being hosted on private property. Please be gracious to our hosts and treat their property with care.
