Monument Hill is located inside Hot Springs State Park. It is the hill with "World's Largest Mineral Hot Springs" written on the side. Monument Hill is named after the monuments of stone people used to bring and leave at its summit after being healed by soaking in the hot springs below.
The hike from the parking area is about .2 miles, with approximately 200 foot ascent. There is a carved trail to follow to the summit. Please be careful on this trail, it is steep and can be difficult.
Please do not move any of the rocks on the monument. This cache is fully accessable without damaging the monument.
Hot Springs State Park is open from 6am to 10pm. Please do not attempt this cache after hours.
