This area was once the site of a popular restaurant. What's left now serves as an overflow parking area for the nearby Outer Banks Event Site. That means there will be days you have the place to yourself, and other days you can get lost in a crowd.
The container you seek is tucked away off the beaten path and out of sight but should be easily located and retrieved.
This geocache is at a paved area and wheelchair-accessible. A geocacher in a wheelchair should have no trouble reaching the coordinates, retrieving the geocache from its hiding spot, and returning it.
Parking is available within inches of a very small container. Actually, if not careful you can position your vehicle so close to the hiding place you may not be able to retrieve the cache container . . . unless you're on a bicycle or motorcycle. Park Place (GC4FFV7) veterans should have no trouble at all locating this Bison Tube.
Property owner granted permission for this cache placement which will surely require you BYOP. Coordinates should be accurate as we had the same reading on two different days with 7 foot accuracy on the GPSr both days. It is possible to retrieve the container without the use of an extraction tool . . . . but don't count on it.
