P121 TILTS PĀRI VĒDZELEI
Pirms 20 gadsimta 60 gadiem, valsts reģionālais autoceļš P121 veda cauri Zemītes centram. Centrā ir tilts, kas ved pāri upei Vēdzelei, precīzāk, ūdenskritumam, toties tas bija par šauru, tāpēc 1960 gadā tika uzbūvēts jauns tilts pār Vēdzeli, ārpus Zemītes centram. Un kopš tā laika tiltam netika veikti nekādi uzlabojumi. Tā nolietojuma dēļ 2024. gada pavasarī tilts tika slēgts satiksmei un sākti būvdarbi, lai to aizvietotu ar jaunu, izturīgu dzelzsbetona tiltu. 2024. gada septembrī jaunais tilts tika atvērts satiksmei, padarot šo vietu atkal patīkamu.

P121 BRIDGE ACROSS VEDZELE
Before the 1960s, the state regional road P121 ran through the center of Zemīte. In the center, there was a bridge crossing the Vēdzeles River—more precisely, the waterfall—but it was too narrow. Therefore, in 1960, a new bridge over the Vēdzeles was built outside the center of Zemīte. Since then, the bridge had not undergone any improvements. Due to its deterioration, in the spring of 2024 the bridge was closed to traffic and construction began to replace it with a new, durable reinforced concrete bridge. In September 2024, the new bridge was opened to traffic, making this place pleasant once again.
