Geocache Description:

This is the nineteenth in our series of gatherings in Sheffield, held at Meadowhall and generally on a Wednesday.

After missing a couple of months in the summer due to a combination of unfortunate circumstances we are back, and this month's event will take place on Wednesday 17th September.

Once again we will be in the Oasis eating area in the Meadowhall Shopping Centre on the northeast of the city, which we have found to be handy for visitors from other parts of South Yorkshire and beyond. There is of course no obligation to buy any food or drink!

This is an informal get together of geocachers to chat about all things caching and non-caching and perhaps a chance to put faces to names you've only seen in logs.Cachers old and new are welcome - if you haven't been to an event before, drop us a message beforehand and we'll look out for you.

There will of course be an opportunity for swapping trackables but bear in mind that many of us may be on public transport, so large items may be impractical.

The venue offers a variety food and refreshments and is very accessible. There is plenty of free parking and the centre is well-served by trains and buses.

When: Wednesday 17th September from 6.00pm

Where: We will be upstairs on the balcony in the Oasis, in the seating area near the restaurants.

We hope to see you there!
