Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 81 Grid Series
This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County - be prepared for almost anything. They are being placed for GCAX1X1 Fall Fest 2025, but are not part of the GeoChallenge and are NOT challenge caches. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These caches are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.
Meet the Mounties - fivegk!
Thousands and thousands of hours go into planning and executing a mega event. We really couldn't do it without our AMAZING team of Event Mounties, who take ownership of a portion of the event and allow us to run a ton of on-site games and activities for everyone to enjoy without needing to be in 10 places at once.
We want to take the opportunity to introduce Susan aka fivegk - our CITO Event Mountie! fivegk is an avid cacher and cache placer in Brant County. Having attended more than 100 CITO's herself, when fivegk asked if she could oversee the CITO at Fall Fest and make sure that everything was under control, we (of course) took her up on her offer!
In between attending lots and lots of CITO's, fivegk has completed her Jasmer twice, filled in her fizzy grid a whopping 84 times, and found caches in 30 different countries! We're thrilled that she has stepped up to handle the CITO (and whatever else we ask her to do) and hope you'll visit her at the Burford Arena Pavilion on Friday to earn your limited edition Fall Fest CITO token of appreciation.
The caches in this section of the trail are not designed to be impossible finds - most of the challenge of these caches is simply getting to GZ. They are not designed to have you spend hours looking fruitlessly in the woods. Check the hints for details if you're having trouble locating the find at GZ.
