This is a quick two stage multi-cache, and the final stage is within 0.1 mi of the first stage. You will need a special tool to get the coordinates and hint for the second stage, although you're probably already carrying this tool with you. More information on NFC tags in caching can be found in the description of this cache: GCB0VPG. Currently, iPhone users will need an app, such as "NFC Tools", to obtain the coordinates; Android users should be able to obtain them natively. The difficulty reflects finding both stages and being able to obtain the coordinates if you're not familiar with NFC technology.
While multis are by far my least favorite cache type (I will admit to a high degree of user error when trying to count letters on signs), this area certainly needs more of them.
