GC4QQ6B 11-12-13 Sutherland Shire Cachers' Meet & greet was held at this location on the 11th December 2013 and Christmas get togethers have been held ever since. This year is an extended lunch so you can come and go.

What: Meeting, Greeting & Eating!
Parking: Free parking is available on Nicholson Parade and Tonkin Street.
Public Transport: Catch a train to Cronulla. The event is about a 500M walk from there.
WHAT YOU MAY WANT TO BRING:
- A plate of nibblies (sweet or savoury).
- BYO lunch. There are BBQs available for anyone who’s keen or bring a Picnic and plenty of take-away restaurants in Cronulla if you want to pick up something on the way.
- Drinks. As you wish.
- Picnic blanket and/or chairs - There are shelter sheds and picnic tables where we're meeting.
- Suitable clothing for the weather – this could include swimwear, as the netted baths are close by.
- Your GPS or phone – so you can find us and any caches in the area that you haven’t found yet.
- Trackables for discovering and/or swapping.
RAINY DAY PLAN:
In case of inclement weather, we’ll post a note on the cache page. The event will NOT be cancelled. There should be enough cover available.
IMPORTANT
- Please post a Will Attend log if you are going to attend.
- When the event draws near, remember to drop any trackables into the Inventory. A container will be made available for swaps and a separate area for discovering swaps.

The Sutherland Shire Geocaching bandage bear trackable award is anounced annually.
Nominations are requested for anyone who has had treatment from a medical professional during the current year for an injury while Geocaching. Please message us details for anyone eligible to receive this award.
Our Bear will be available during the Event to allow attendies to discover the trackable. Awardees will be announced at the Event after the Group photo to be taken at 1:30pm.
