Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 81 Grid Series
This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County - be prepared for almost anything. They are being placed for GCAX1X1 Fall Fest 2025, but are not part of the GeoChallenge and are NOT challenge caches. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These caches are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.
The cache IS NOT at the posted coordinates. You will need to solve a puzzle to locate the container and sign the log.
The cache is a unique 3D printed cache container within 3km of the posted coordinates, with only a logbook inside. Please bring a writing instrument to sign the log, and replace as found.

Our good friend OCCD has a way with words. He writes some of the most eloquent, absurd, and LONG geocaching logs you could possible imagine. Often, when we receive a text message or see a social media post from Bill, we just roll our eyes because it will be several paragraphs long and go down 3 rabbit holes and off on 7 tangents before finally getting to the point. However, we love Bill's ability to tell tall tales, and keep things interesting on road trips.
This is a tribute cache hide honoring an avid NorthWest Ohio cacher well-known for his isms and daily thought provoking observations, adding ponderances & chuckles to our lives, as well as his most recent challenge caching hides…
A short time ago, OCCD and Bigguy got into a short of contest - who could write the longer and more eloquent geocache logs aftert their cache outlings. This battle of the storied logs has become fairly well known in several states and provinces, and is all done in good clean fun. of course, Bigguy relies on AI to compile his lengthy logs, while Bill actually writes every word of his by hand. Gotta give him credit for that...
Bill was kind enough to write a sample log for me to include in this puzzle (even if he doesn't know it) - just so you, too, can see what we've all known for years - OCCD may write about nothing, but it sure sounds good as he is doing it. Bill's log from GC6EZVJ is below:
"

If possible discover a trackable. Pancakes can make you somewhat lethargic.
Happiness comes from geocaching, but blueberry pancakes are good too.

To paraphrase a famous movie quote and a hobby, "If you place it, they will come." ~ farmer Ray

Of course, if you can figure out what all of this nonsense and talking about blueberry pancakes has to do with geocaching, then maybe you can find this cache.
