Beer O'Clock #50 - Kuluin, QLD Event Cache

EverestHigh: Now that the Sunshine Coast Beach Party has been and gone, it is time to Archive the Beer O'Clock Event I held on the Sunny Coast.

Smallwombat reached to me very early on an convinced me to come up to QLD for the big Beach Party.
As he has been to several of my Beer O'Clock Events in Sydney, he suggested that I host one up there.

I am awarding FTF for the Event to smallwombat, without whom it may not have happened.

Thank you to all geocachers who Attended making it a great evening.

Friday 3rd October 2025, 17:00 - 18:00

 

Event Time:  Offficially 5 - 6 pm , but may stay longer for a meal in the venue or nearby.

Location: Sunshine Brewery, 28 Fishermans Road, Kuluin, Maroochydore Qld 4558

Parking available at venue or in nearby streets.

 

BEER O'CLOCK is the end of the working day, time to down tools or log off, and meet up with friends for a refreshing drink and social interaction.

 

This is one of a series of Events planned to explore some of Sydney's growing number of Microbreweries and Craft Beer Pubs in the Inner West, Eastern Suburbs and The Rocks, maybe even venturing into The Shire, the North Shore, Northern Beaches, or any where Geocachers and geocaches can be found. 

But this time as I'm coming to the Sunny Coast, I've planned a Beer O'Clock Event for those who have already arrived or are locals.

 

Sunshine Brewery 

Wunya Ngulum = Welcome! Laugh, Work and Play on Gubbi Gubbi country.

The suburb name,Kuluin, means black swan in Gubbi Gubbi language.

 

Come for a refreshing ale or just to catch up with geocaching friends.
