Welcome to the Fall Fest 2025 81 (Bonus) Grid Series
This series will offer a variety of DT ratings throughout Brantford and Brant County - be prepared for almost anything. They are being placed for GCAX1X1 Fall Fest 2025, but are not part of the GeoChallenge and are NOT challenge caches. Some will be park and grabs, while others will involve longer hikes or TOTTs. Please check the descriptions and attributes for each cache and do not attempt anything outside of your comfort zone. These caches are being placed to appeal to a wide variety of caching levels and abilities.

You're looking for a small twist top container that contains a log, a stamp, and some small trade items. Please note, the stamp is NOT a trade items and should remain in the cache. You will need to provide your own ink pad if you wish to use the stamp.
Ode to Ice Cream

Oh frosty friend, my frozen muse,
With waffle cones I gladly choose,
A treasure found on summer’s quest,
A cache of sweetness, simply the best.
Vanilla whispers, chocolate sings,
Strawberry swirls with joyful rings.
Each scoop a logbook, each lick a smile,
Worth every detour, every mile.
Some search for gold, for fame, for glory—
I search for sprinkles, cold and storied.
The hot sun blazes, I do not fear,
For ice cream season lasts all year.
So let them say my caches are mean,
Sharp, sneaky hides that can’t be seen.
But when the hunt is finally through,
I’ll celebrate with a double scoop (or two).
Note: terrain and attributes are based on spring conditions. At the time of placement (during drought) these tools were not required, but rating this for a worst case scenario.
