Levern Water
A relatively small river forming in the Long Loch (East Renfrewshire) on the border with North Ayrshire. It flows northwest through Harelaw Dam and Commore Dam before turning northeast. It continues past Neilston and through Barrhead. It joins the White Cart in Nitshill, having completed a course of 9 miles (14.5 km).
