Its now three years ago that a new bridleway opened just south of the Girton Interchange. Still the path is relatively unknown and this cache together with its companion "the lonely tree" aim to attract some more visitors.
Note that the path is not well trodden and parts may be overgrown, muddy or both depending on the season. The path is not directly accessible by car and can be approached from three directions on foot or mountain bike. Parking is available at the A1307 roundabout (the one with access to the A14) and one can park in the verge of Cambridge Road, Madingley. No parking is available on Huntingdon road, Girton access point.
