About This Cache
This cache was placed with the help of my cache kids. It is located where cachers of all ages, and heights, will be able to find it. It is also stocked with goodies for trade to delight little treasure hunters!

Nestled in the heart of northern Oakland County, Oakwood Lake Township Park offers 300 acres of serene natural beauty and outdoor adventure. Located at 550 East Oakwood Road in Oxford, this park is a peaceful retreat for nature lovers, families, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.
Visitors can explore a variety of activities, including:
- Hiking Trails: Wander through wooded paths lined with wildflowers and native vegetation. While the main trail is well-worn and easy to follow, there are also smaller, more rugged trails for those seeking a bit more adventure
- Disc Golf: Enjoy a round on the park’s disc golf course, set against a backdrop of trees and open space
- Wildlife Viewing: Keep an eye out for local wildlife like woodcocks, garter snakes, and a wide variety of birds and small mammals that call the park home
- Fishing at Rossman Lake: Cast a line from the fishing pier and enjoy the peaceful waters of Rossman Lake, which is fed by a branch of the Flint River
