Welcome to the Upper West Side! This cache brings you to one of the neighborhood’s hidden gems: the Cylindrical Art Gallery on West 83rd Street. This rotating outdoor column showcases artwork from local artists, so take a moment to swing by and admire what’s on display.
Atop the Gallery you can see a green roof, crowned with a graceful crane sculpture. The bird serves as both guardian perched high above Broadway, watching over the art and the bustling street below.
Your mission is to find something much smaller than the crane: a nano cache tucked discreetly nearby. The cache blends into the gallery surroundings, so use stealth — plenty of muggles will be passing Harry’s Shoes or pausing to enjoy the artwork.
P.S. This is my first hide! I’m testing out two container styles here — a magnetic nano and a small weatherproof bag tucked in an adjacent crevice. Both counts as the find! I welcome & encourage your feedback on which works best for this spot!!
