The Truman Track is located a few km's north of Punakaiki and is an easy walking track to the coast and less than 1.5km return. It is suitable for all ages and fitness. The track passes through sub-tropical rain forest before emerging in to coastal vegetation of mostly flax. There is a viewing platform at the end, accessed by stairs then further stairs down to the tidal beach.
To make your walk even more enjoyable there is a few caches to find as well as an AdventureLab along the track.
There is no room in the cache for trackables and you will need to bring your own pen. Extreme stealth will be needed here too.
