Geocache Description:

This is a regular event on the first Thursday of each month in Chippenham at "Grounded", a cafe offering drinks and a good breakfast. This event usually has a good attendance of friendly cachers, willing to share knowledge, experience and possibly even extra hints about specific caches (many of the local cache owners attend). Newcomers are welcome, you can even bring muggles!

Ailec Nor and myself are the COs of the M4 Adventure Lab series and we're happy to help with any Adventure Lab questions you have, or get hands-on a laptop (yours or ours) to build new Adventures. We really don't mind helping with any Adventure, even those which aren't part of our series! If you haven't built an Adventure before then this is an easy introduction.

Thanks to everyone who came to the last event.  If you attended but haven't logged it yet then you can find the page here https://coord.info/GCBBHXT

No purchase is necessary to attend the event.  I have booked the upstairs area of the building which is usually quiet and has plenty of space. Well behaved dogs are welcome. I regret that the upstairs area is not wheelchair accessible. The stairs are wide enough to carry portable pushchairs upstairs.

I've added two parking waypoints, Bath road is extremely close to the event but is a pay and display car park. Hathaway Retail Park is currently free for up to 3 hours parking but is a 10 minute walk from the event. However, beware that Hathaway has parking restrictions and you should check signs in case they change or it is no longer free. Also, parking cameras at Hathaway are used to enforce time restrictions and to raise fines.
