Start at the trailhead and follow the path up to Kuiper's Peak. Just be careful and don't roll an ankle on getting up the uneven terrain! Once you are up there, catch your breath, and take a moment to enjoy panoramic view of Kelowna from the summit. There are very few hikes this short in Kelowna that offer such a breathtaking view.
A short walk away from the peak, you will be searching for a pill bottle with a notepad inside.
