GIFF 2025 - Kitakyushu Event Cache

世界中のGeocacherが作成した個性豊かな楽しい20作品を一緒に楽しみましょう！！

所要時間は約80分です。なお、動画は日本語字幕ありです。

会場は有料貸会議室(レンタル料4,800円)で、費用は参加者人数で頭割りします。但し、10月31日迄の参加申込状況により会場を変更する場合があります。予め了承ください。

「こんにちは」と立ち寄るだけでもＯＫですよ～。その場合は会議室費用の負担はありません。

「Will Attend」の際は参加人数をご記入ください。

イベント時の注意事項
①飲食可（但し、飲酒は不可）です。
②ゴミは各自持ち帰りください。
③禁煙

【オプション】

イベント終了後に希望者だけでオプション交流会（飲み会：参加費4,500円程度）を開催します。

「オプションを参加希望される方は10月31日(金)までに表明をお願いします」

"Will attend"の際に「オプション参加希望（+ 参加人数）」とご記入ください。

期限後に参加希望される方は直接cache owner までご連絡ください。

オプション詳細は11月5日(水)頃ご連絡します。

We are going to watch 20 unique and fun videos created by Geocachers around the world.
It takes about 80 minutes. and these have Japanese subtitle for each.
The venue is a rental conference room (fee ￥4,800). We want to split the bill. However, the venue may be changed depending on the number of applications received by October 31. Please be forewarned in advance.
It's OK just only to say "Good afternoon". in this case you don't need to pay a part of rental fee.

Please enter the number of participants with "Will Attend" log.

Precautions at the event
①We can eat and drink somethings without alcohol.
②Please take your garbage home with you.
③No smoking

【Option】

If you wish to join in the optional event(Dinner party:Participation fee is about ￥4,500. Please indicate your intention clearly such as "I will join the Optional event, too." in your "Will Attend" log no later than 31 Fri Oct.

The details of the optional event will be announced on 5 Wed Nov.
