This is a postcard we received from Signal where he recounted his "food" tour of the USA. He hid a Treasure-worthy treat for you if you can figure out the coordinates.  Knowing the states where he went for food and drink will help. You need 6 digits (3 for North and 3 for West) so your answer will look like N37 23.___ W122 05.____ Signal seems to have been attracted to places with interesting names. Fortunately, he didn't go to Hell in Michigan or Boring in Oregon.
