Having grown up in Dickey County we felt it appropriate that Dickey County have a cache. We placed this cache in small patch of trees near the Ludden curve on land once prairie, farmed by generations of the Grotelueschen family. In my younger days, I drove past this site hundreds of times at all hours of the day/night (my girlfriend – now head Cliff_nut - lived South of it, I lived North of it). We now reside in IL but visit the Dakota’s a couple times a year as all our family still lives here.
