The cache is located at these coordinates, but in order to claim it you must have found 100 caches in 12 different U.S. Counties.
This is a challenge cache where you must meet the requirements before claiming a find. I am fine with you signing the log and then posting the find after you have completed the challenge.
You must also show the results of the challenge checker in your found it log.
Difficulty is based on your finding the caches and not the actual find. The actual difficulty/terrain is more like 2/1.5
