Geocache Description:

Another cache in an occasional series celebrating the little-known fact that some cachers occasionally show an interest beyond looking for film pots in ivy-covered trees.

This one is for Moira of Team MMK, who is always telling me how interested she is in Wales.

So the cache is at N51º AB.CDE, where:

ABCDE = area of Wales in square kilometres according to Wikipedia + the ATISN number of the Freedom of Information Act Document on 20mph signage released by the Welsh Government on 14 September 2023.

Oh... you said WHALES!

So the Westings are W001º F.G, where according to the usual source:

F = to the nearest minute, the longest measured dive by a tagged blue whale

G = maximum weight in pounds of a female long-finned pilot whale, divided by 10

Climbing notes: about 15-20 feet up a birch tree with sturdy but closely-packed branches. Not suitable for a ladder or fishing rod. Stout second trunk to lean against while signing the log. It's a bison - take something to extract the paper and try not to drop anything!
