October 1 is World Postcard Day! This day began in 2019 to mark the 150th anniversary of the postcard. Every year, postcard enthusiasts gather to celebrate the occasion, creating special postcards and stamps! World Postcard Day 2025 is coming up, and I'm excited to host an event on Saturday, October 4th so we can create postcards and receive a souvenir to honor the occasion!
Some postcards will be available at the event, but feel free to bring your own. Stamps for postcards, like the title states, will not be included with attendance of the event.
We will meet at one of gearguru's favorite places for a breakfest event, albit a little later than he usually hosts his. Rumor on the street is that a new series of caches should publish right at the end of the event.
