Hi geocachers, both experienced and new,
This cache is hidden along a part of Haifa’s many stairways. It could be tucked between houses and might not even appear on some maps. The cache is not placed directly on the stairs themselves, which are easy to find from the street.
Haifa is full of beautiful nature, and sometimes in unexpected places—like these stairs. The area is lush with trees, bushes, and other natural features. Occasionally, wild boars can be spotted, especially in the evening. I chose this location because, in my opinion, it’s a particularly beautiful part of Haifa that’s worth visiting.
The stairs aren’t very long and can be navigated by most people, except those in wheelchairs. The cache itself is not very easy to find. Here’s a hint: when you go up the stairs, you will see a rocky wall (if going down, it will be on your left). Along the wall, there is a pipe running through the stones. Now think: if you were hiding a cache here, where would you place it? I hid it in a hole in the wall. The container is about the size of two Bison tubes.
I hope you enjoy the hide!
Traditional phrase: Enjoy the Cache!
