The Plugge Family were nice enough to repair this cache for us in May 2004. Thanks so much! The cache is hereby re-activated! To locate this cache, start at the intersection of Paseo Del Norte and Universe Road, near Ventana Ranch. Continue west on Paseo Del Norte and park at N35 10.709, W106 47.016. The hiking portion is only 1/3 mile. To avoid trampling over sagebrush and rattlesnakes, you can get all the way to the cache on dirt roads.
The original contents are: Tigger pen, Pooh pen, Prince of Egypt CD, Silver bow pin, 2 molecule-shaped balls, squirt gun, a Duke City Marathon 2000 pin, and a gold plastic angel.
The cache is easy to locate as there isn't much out there.
