This is in a park on the Wapsi River
This was originally listed as a Terrain 1, but that doesn't fit anymore. You are looking for a well camoed, oversized pill bottle. This is not easy to get to, no place to take the kids. I raised the T rating as high as I could. Would have raised it higher except that might imply you need a watercraft or a ladder. Actually you need no TOTT's at all, just a will to keep going. Cache is above flood level, I think, but easily within reach.
