Find legal parking, then make your way to the posted coordinates. You should be at the multi use trail trailhead .
You will find several signs. There is a 4x4 wooden post with the number 16 affixed near the top of the post and trail maps just below the 16.
Head in the direction indicated by the arrow under 15.
You should pass a fiberglass post with several guide texts, the top one stating Addison Oaks Connector Trail.
Keep going in the same direction.
As the trail curves to the right, you should encounter another 4x4 wooden post with faded indicators.
Keep going.
You should encounter another 4x4 wooden post with faded indicators and this is near a trail split.
Bear to the right on the wider path and continue for about 35 to 40 paces.
You should be able to see just to your right a large living tree being attacked by a twisty vine monster, and the trunks of two broken trees standing next to the live tree.
There will be larger trunks also here lying on the ground.
