Spend a few minutes here relaxing and enjoying the view and having fun finding and re-hiding a cache The best approach is to make a right turn where the trail turns left slightly above the cache coordinates. You will know you have the correct turn location if your walk to the cache is fairly level. Level being a relative term on this hike of course.
The cache name is from the ridge north of here that can be seen from the rock outcrop. The cache is hanging in the very bushy Ponderosa pine tree. It may take a few minutes to find it. If you find it easily, it is acceptable to hide it in a more obscure part of this tree.
