Der Schwere Mittelpunkt eines Landes/Kreises/Stadt, oft auch geographischer Mittelpunkt oder Flächenschwerpunkt genannt, ist der Punkt, an dem sich eine zweidimensionale Fläche im Gleichgewicht befindet.
Hätte man eine ausgesägte Platte mit den Konturen eines Kartenbereiches, wäre diese im Mittelpunkt perfekt ausbalanciert.
Jetzt stellt sich die Frage, wo befindet sich der Mittelpunkt von ERlangen?
Hier an dieser Stelle könnt ihr den Ort bewundern.
Es gibt keine Plakette oder dergleichen welche den Ort kennzeichnet.
Daher soll dieser Cache den Ort markieren.
Leider muss der Cache selbst ein paar Meter im Off abgelegt werden,
da sich der eigentliche Punkt mitten auf einem Acker befindet.
Wenn ihr vom Mittelpunkt ERlangens aus, 158 Meter in 266° peilt, könnt ihr den Cache finden.

Now the question arises, where is the centre of Erlangen?
Here you can admire the location.
There is no plaque or anything similar to mark the location.
Therefore, this cache is intended to mark the location.
Unfortunately, the cache itself has to be placed a few metres away,as the actual point is in the middle of a field.
If you take a bearing of 158 metres at 266° from the centre of Erlangen, you will find the cache.
