This will take you high into eagle territory where you can get a great panorama view and see what the eagle sees, as golden eagles have been spotted in this area. To go higher than the cache site can be a real adventure and offers breathtaking scenery, but may not be for small children as it can be tricky. Tuffy the Eagle travel bug is at the site waiting to fly away to a new nesting spot.
Site 1: Find the eagle whose wings are spread,
Then turn around and lift your head.
Upon the cliffs a letter you'll see,
It comes before letters X-Y-Z.
Now start at A and count to Z,

You are NOT going to the big "W". It merely points you to the correct eagle territory. Please show consideration of the school sites and DO NOT PARK THERE ON ANY SCHOOL DAY BEFORE 3:30 PM. We have okayed the route with the school, although this should be a weekend or holiday hunt. Our children grew up and played all over eagle territory.
The cache is an ammo can full of goodies. Have fun!
