Just like in Tallinn, this place is also called Tornimägi ("Tower Hill"), and has been since the year 1500, when permission was granted by the Bishop of Saare-Lääne to build a lighthouse here. Tornimägi is the highest hill in Western Estonia — a whole 68 meters above sea level!
