DATE/TIME: Saturday, December 13 from 11:30AM until 3:00PM.
LOCATION: West Lodge in Mendon Ponds Park. Plenty of parking nearby. The lodge is an enclosed, heated building that holds 75 people. Restrooms nearby. Fireplace. Sledding hill (other end of parking lot).
PARK/PARTY RULES: NO pets, smoking, or alcohol in the lodge. NO glitter or confetti.
FOOD & DRINK: Please bring a dish to pass or beverages (no alcohol). Post what you’re bringing and I’ll keep a running list below. We will not be doing any grilling. Outlets available for crock pots (I'll provide power strips). There are both an oven/stove and a refrigerator available.
RAFFLES: Intake pays for event costs; remainder to charity yet to be named. Two raffles will be available…
