(Several years ago, we found some Prairie Chicken caches in the area on a post theme which we'd like to pay tribute to with this hide of our own...)
Like many of her generation, my mother used to send out dozens of Christmas cards, each with an individualized letter. She would get these sent off in November, because "Well you know, the post office usually goes on strike just before Christmas..." Without getting into specifics or casting any blame, at this point in time Canadians are currently experiencing yet another cessation of Canada Post services.
This cache is placed on a summer road, so if you look for it in the winter time, you will likely have to hike it in from the corner.
