Ant-Man (Hank Pym) is a superhero created by Jack Kirby, Stan Lee and Larry Lieber. He first appeared in Tales to Astonish #27 (January 1962).
Ant-Man is a scientific genius. He discovered the subatomic "Pym particles" that enable mass to be shunted or gained. With the use of Pym particles Ant-Man is able to shrink down his size to the size of an ant (or even smaller) as well as grow giant in size. Ant-Man with the use of a helmet he created is able to communicate with ants and other insects.
