Oi! Gol D. Roger here!
When us pirates caught wind of an epic Geocaching Letterbox Series hidden across the Mid-Atlantic in our honor, we were thrilled! It’s not every day you find a treasure hunt fit for the Pirate King and his crew. We were flattered—grateful, too—but mostly excited!
Now, that puzzle’s a real brain-buster, even for me. But when I heard that some lackeys of the World Government—and those pampered Celestial Dragons—were gunning for the prize, well… I couldn’t just let them have all the fun! So, I, Gol D. Roger did what any good pirate would do: broke into their account and hid a few caches of my own! Heh-heh-heh!
If you’ve reached this page, you’ve already seen our mark—the D carved into the map. That D stands for the Will of D, the spirit that keeps adventure alive no matter how many ages pass. Click on each one, and you’ll uncover stories of the good folks who carry that will onward!
As for my cache—look for a silver bison resting along the riverbank, hanging from the limb of a pawpaw tree. Bring your boat close, slide into its branches, and it’ll show itself to you.
Follow the link here to download the Play Anywhere Wherigo. Answer the three questions, and the final coordinates will appear.
Treasure, mystery, danger—it’s all waiting out there!
So come on! Set sail and chase it!
