ScoutCache Traditional Cache

This is my 1st cache and is for my Boy Scouts GeoCache Merit Badge. This will be the first in a series and I will add one cache to the series each time I rank up in scouts.  1st rank is Scout so ScoutCache. This part of Dickinson looked kind of empty of caches so I decided to put one in this park.
