This location is near a small parking area for Crow Hill, where the trail begins with a gentle grade. The surrounding forest includes mixed hardwoods and scattered glacial erratics. Crow Hill is part of Leominster State Forest, which spans over 4,300 acres. The trail here is wide and well-maintained. It’s a common starting point for hikers and climbers heading toward the cliffs.
