Geocache Description:

Stockholm Central

On 27 September 1825, the Stockton and Darlington Railway in north-east England opened the world's first passenger railway, a milestone that transformed travel forever. Steam locomotives carried passengers and goods at unprecedented speed, sparking a transport revolution that connected towns, boosted industry, and shaped modern Britain, and which quickly spread to the rest of the world.

This special SideTracked Railway 200 event is part of a global celebration in 2025.

I am happy to finally visit Stockholm and pleased to arrange this short meet and greet event near Syockholm Central Railway Station
